What to Know

  • Trips cancelled by the charter due to weather are rescheduled within the current year or carried forward to next year.
  • Customer cancellations over 21 days prior to the trip receive full refunds.
  • Customer cancellations within 21 days forfeit deposits if the slot cannot be filled.

Mate Gratuity
